Must be at least 18 years of age or older
*Legally eligible to work in Canada
*Must be able to speak and read English well enough to converse with the general public, understand highway traffic and signals, respond to official questions, and be able to make legible entries on reports and records
*Must have a valid Class 3 or DZ CDL with airbrakes endorsement for the state in which you are applying
*At least 1 year of previous experience operating a vehicle requiring a CDL within the past 7 years.

Clean driving record.

Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations

Dispatchers

Duties & Responsibilities:
*Must be able to remember the location of lodgings, attractions and other *destination points serviced by the fleet.
*Must be able to track and recall locations of on-road vehicles instantaneously.
*Transmits and receives information over a two-way radio system.
*Communicates with drivers on an ongoing basis and approves or denies *requests for work breaks, off time, returning to shop, fueling, etc.
*Schedules vehicle pick-up times, drop-off times and locations.
*Monitors on-road vehicle activity.
*Monitors vehicle breakdowns and notifies management.
*Also may be required to perform other related duties as requested.

Customer Service

Key Responsibilities:
*Answer Incoming Email, Phone calls within defined Service Level Agreement
*Placing Orders and releaseing orders to production
*Respond and follow up to Client Inquiries
*Track all customer interactions using internal tracking system
*Identify and escalate priority issues
*Suggest efficiencies and work flow improvement

Skills:
*Must be English/French bi-lingual with the ability to read, write and speak in both languages
*Keen ability to write business correspondence
*Previous experience handling Customer Service issues on the phone is an asset
*Proven ability to resolve problems
*Ability to follow detailed processes
*Experience in using a call logging/tracking system an asset
*Experience in using Microsoft Excel would be an asset

Qualifications:

*Flexibility to work shift work to cover hours between 8:00 and 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
