une gr\u00e8ve d\u00e8s le 22 mai, les exp\u00e9diteurs et les exportateurs sont dans une situation critique. Bien que la possibilit\u00e9 d&#8217;une perturbation des cha\u00eenes d&#8217;approvisionnement et d&#8217;un arr\u00eat des exp\u00e9ditions de produits essentiels tels que les c\u00e9r\u00e9ales, la potasse et le charbon soit un sc\u00e9nario hypoth\u00e9tique, elle pourrait rapidement devenir une menace concr\u00e8te pour l&#8217;\u00e9conomie. N\u00e9anmoins, dans ce contexte d&#8217;incertitude, les entreprises peuvent prendre des mesures strat\u00e9giques pour se pr\u00e9parer \u00e0 une \u00e9ventuelle gr\u00e8ve et en att\u00e9nuer l&#8217;impact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:var(--wp--preset--spacing--80-pixels)\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-font-size-3-font-size\"><strong><strong>Comprendre la situation<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-e61e0680ea9701fb241d0716bfedbb4a\">Les n\u00e9gociations contractuelles entre le CN, le CPKC et leurs travailleurs syndiqu\u00e9s se d\u00e9roulent depuis six mois et portent sur des sujets aussi vari\u00e9s que les dispositions en mati\u00e8re de temps de repos, essentielles pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9, ou la modernisation des accords concernant les taux horaires et les changements d&#8217;horaires. Malgr\u00e9 des mois de n\u00e9gociations, les progr\u00e8s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 limit\u00e9s, ce qui a conduit \u00e0 une impasse qui menace maintenant de se transformer en une v\u00e9ritable gr\u00e8ve. Depuis le 1er mai, toutes les parties se sont engag\u00e9es dans une p\u00e9riode obligatoire de 21 jours de m\u00e9diation f\u00e9d\u00e9rale, ce qui permet de croire que cette intervention aboutira \u00e0 un r\u00e9sultat favorable pour les deux parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:var(--wp--preset--spacing--80-pixels)\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-font-size-3-font-size\"><strong><strong>\u00c9valuation de l&#8217;impact<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-4a63cbb3149d4eec58ad3a84072a456f\">La port\u00e9e de cette gr\u00e8ve ne peut \u00eatre surestim\u00e9e, car elle concerne les deux principaux chemins de fer canadiens, ce qui risque de paralyser le transport des c\u00e9r\u00e9ales en vrac. Sans plan alternatif comp\u00e9titif, les effets secondaires sur diverses industries, dont celles de la r\u00e9sine, du charbon et de la potasse, pourraient \u00eatre
